Payroll Compliance Audits
B&K assists plan trustees by verifying the accuracy of contribution and wage reporting by contributing employers. Our approach tests the wages, hours, and contributions that are reported are in alignment with the current collective bargaining agreements in effect. These verification procedures are essential for multi-employer benefit plan compliance with U.S. Department of Labor standards for collection procedures.
B&K has a separate department of dedicated and experienced payroll auditors that have a thorough understanding of each client’s specific collective bargaining agreement in effect. B&K internally develops audit programs that are tailored to each specific payroll audit client. We have the proven results as an industry leader in payroll compliance audits.
