Patrick (Pat) is a Partner at Bansley and Kiener with over 10 years of experience. Pat advises clients in a wide range of industry areas, including privately held companies, labor organizations, not-for-profit organizations; and single and multiemployer employee benefit plans. Pat has expertise in all aspects of federal reporting and compliance for labor organizations and employee benefits plans. He serves as the lead Partner for several of the firm’s largest audit and consulting engagements for defined benefit and defined contribution pension and 401(k) plans and health and welfare funds. He is proficient in preparing Forms 5500, 990, 990-T, 941 and LM-2.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Dayton and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
